1113 - Company specialised in construction consulting

I am looking to take over a company in the domain of construction consulting/ general trading of construction material & tools.

Please note the following desire of company profile:

• Preferrably a company with a simple business model with a good clientele base and systems 
• Strong turnover 
• Owner looking to pass the business and teach me the product/ service as well as company vision/ ethos
• Takeover process : open to suggesstions; preferrably pay back owner via dividends and/ or bank loans if possible 
• open to modernization and digitization. 
   

As for my profile:

• 17 years of experience, 14 alone running my family business in Dubai and Manila. The family owns a marble factory as well as an interior construction company with expertise especially in high end residential and hotel works. Owning and operating a business is my blood. 
• 3 key strengths : Business Development/ Sales ;  Construction background ; General business acumen
• Very fast learner and no stranger to stressful situations
• Can modernize the company where and if needed via digital tools / exposure
• Excellent sales approach having worked in Middle East. Asia and now European cultures to understand the business nuances and practises.
