I’m an experienced commercial operator looking to acquire a well-established, cash-flowing business with a strong customer base and at least five years of operating history. My aim is to carry forward the legacy you’ve built, ensure continuity for your customers and team, and grow the business with long-term commitment.
About Me:
With 20 years of experience in logistics and shipping at Maersk and Amazon, I bring a deep understanding of operations, customer service, finance, and sales. I have worked across complex commercial environments and understand what it takes to run and grow a stable business.
Acquisition Criteria:
Minimum €250,000 in annual profit
Minimum 35% profit margin
At least 5 years of operating history
Preferably located in South Luxembourg (open to discussion)
Sector: No technical certification requirements
Structure: Open to seller financing with partial cash down and the remainder paid over time through business cash flows—offering potential tax advantages to the seller
Transition: I would welcome the owner staying on as a consultant for a defined period to support continuity
