Looking for stable and profitable company where the owner would like to step out. The company should be well managed, have a solid management team and trained staff in place to ensure business continuity. I am looking for a small-medium company with approximately 5 to 20 employees.
I have experience in e-commerce, payments, leading a team, business operations, managing relationships internally and externally with clients and partners. I own an e-commerce company.
It is possible for the owner to stay for a certain period after the take over, we can discuss this and agree on conditions.
Looking for EBITDA positive, ideally 20% profit margins or higher.
Majority ownership can be acquired, with a preference for 100%.
National and/or international growth potential.
I am looking for opportunity preferably in the areas of: commercial real estate, e-commerce, media and digital marketing.
I want to know about the reason for the sale. I am ready to sign an NDA.
